Location
We meet on Fridays at Calvary Bible Church, 4617 Grand Haven Rd., Muskegon, MI
Purpose
To provide 6th-12th grade home school students access to academic and educational classes that benefit from a group experience.
Class Content
Please take time to read the class description carefully when enrolling your student. Due to the nature of certain subjects, some classes will require additional work at home by the student, while other classes may not.
Class Information
Classes are held in two twelve week semesters and may run for one or two semesters. Fees are $40.00 per class with occasional additional material or lab fees required. These classes add to your home school curriculum and are not designed to replace home schooling.
Classes generally will run from 8:30am - 4:00 pm on the posted dates. Most classes will be limited to a total of 15 students. Classes are offered for middle school (6th-8th), and high school (9th- 12th). Please register your student only in the age appropriate classes.
Task
While parents are not required to volunteer, we do ask them. Due to the high ratio of parents that volunteer, we are able to keep our class fees extremely low. In order to waive administrative fees, every family who attends any Axxess class, you the parents are asked to volunteer four weeks out of each semester. Again, by volunteering, parents make it possible for the classes to remain very affordable.
Cancellations
Registering for classes is considered a commitment. Late cancellations (one week prior to class or less) will require 50% payment of the entire semester plus any material fees
